Service Area
Sessions are in person at 50 Croziers Road, St Albans in Christchurch (being close to the CBD city centre) in my private practice consulting room, and also across New Zealand or Overseas via Telehealth video link services such as Skype, Teams, Facetime or Phone.

Entry is via the front pedestrian gate - follow the paved pathway to the front door (with two stairs to navigate).
Please ring the door bell to notify me of your arrival. Feel free to take a seat in the outdoor setting area while you wait to practice the simple skill of 'mindfulness' on your arrival, during the session and departure by simply noticing the chirping local wild birds feeding on bird seed and foraging in the beautiful surrounds of the abundant colourful flower garden, accompanied by the gentle sounds of the water fountain and wind chimes.
There is ample free street parking available for your convenience. Those cycling or scootering may bring your transportation device into the front yard area for safety or secure it to a power pole on the footpath if you prefer.
There is also a private client bathroom available for use.
